Determination of Reducing Sugar in Tobacco Flavor by Flow Analyzer

  • A method for determining reducing sugar in tobacco flavor was developed by the micro flow analyzer 300, with the aid of a densimeter-refractometer. The results showed that the relative standard deviation of the method was below 2% and the recoveries of glucose were from 96.67% to 107.50%. The method was suitable for fast determination of reducing sugar in tobacco flavor.
