Design and Application of New Bobbin Changer in YJ19A Cigarette Maker

The constitution of the original bobbin changer of YJ19A cigarette maker was introduced, and its shortages were presented as following:adopting cylinder and guide slide plate, the structure and adjustment were complicated, the reliability and stability were lower, the guide slide plate must be adjusted again when attrite spare parts were replaced, and the stodgy appearance made setup, maintenance and adjustment inconvenient. Adopting guide cylinde instead of guide slide plate, the improved bobbin changer was simpler, more reliable and stable, and reduced setting steps. Meanwhile, the appearance of cigarette was improved and productive cost was decreased.
