Application of Sound Wave Dust-removing in Cinerator

  • Based on the principles of acoustics and vibration, a low-frequency sound field was set up in cinerator. The fade area of sound field was eliminated by consecutive frequency conversion, dust buildup on the surface of heat exchanger was hindered because of the effect of resonance. Sound wave dust-removing had many advantages, such as energy-saving, no touch, on-line working, easy to operate, maintenance-free, etc., and represented a trend of dust-removing in cinerator.
