Test of the Vigour of Flue-cured Tobacco Seed

For improving the sowing quality of flue cured tobacco seed, the germinating viability, germination percentage, length of seedling and conductivity of different threshing batches of Yunyan 85 seed collected from same crop year, same field and same harvesting time were tested. The results showed that the seed vigour was significantly different. The seed of the first batch (A1) were the most valuable, the seed of the second (A2) were better, and the seed of the third (A3) were useless.
