Adjustment of MOLINS' Mass Flow System

The adjustment of MOLINS type Ⅰ mass flow system was described:1) preparations before adjustment included the setting of cigarette level sensor, driving device and the demand of speed signal; 2) static adjustment was conducted by determining the analogue quantity of cigarette pile height through the combination of the sensor's number and relative level switch in control panel when the machine was stop; 3) dynamic adjustment was conducted by adjusting the velocity and acceleration of conveyer belt through the combination of the sensor's number and relative level switch in control panel while the machine was running, so as to maintain the dynamic equilibrium between the cigarette demand of packing machine and the cigarette pile height.
