Application of Statistics Theory in Quality Monitoring of Primary Processing

In order to bring the functions of the centralized processing parameter monitoring system in primary workshop into full play and carry out effective real-time monitor on production quality, the formulas for standard deviation and normal distribution probability calculation based on statistics theory were added. Normal distribution probability well reflected the processing precision and promised further improvement of production quality.
