Studies on Relative Contents of Pathogen in TMV-Inoculated Plant

In order to control TMV more effectively, the tobacco was inoculated with pathogen at seedling, layby and fast growing stages, the samples were collected at different stages and tested with TAS-ELISA. The results showed that different apparatus inoculated at different growing stage in order of relative contents of pathogen were:leaf inoculated at layby > leaf inoculated at seedling > root inoculated at layby > root inoculated at seedling > stalk inoculated at seedling > stalk inoculated at seedling > stalk inoculated at layby > stalk inoculated at fast growing > leaf inoculated at fast growing > root inoculated at fast growing.Inoculated at seedling, layby and fast growing stage, respectively, the growing stages in order of relative contents of pathogen were layby > seedling > fast growing.The pathogen was found in flower and capsule as well after inoculation, the flower apparatus in order of relative content of pathogen was corolla > ovary > calyx > stamen > pistil.
