Improvement of Real-time Monitoring in SRM90 Weight Control System

    Abstract
  • A real-time monitoring circuit was designed via analyzing the working principle of SRM90 weight control system in PROTOS 70 filter cigarette making machine.The lockup and the nuclear scanner shutter misfunction in SRM90 could be found in time, the control of cigarette weight was ensured and the waste of cut tobacco caused by abnormal cigarette weight was decreased.
