Filter Rod Quantity Collecting System Based on Single Chip Computer

To avoid the deficiencies of output counter in KDF2 filter rod making machine, a filter rod counting and data collecting circuit based on single chip computer was introduced.It has the functions of filter rods counting and displaying shift and accumulative production with high accuracy.It can be used independently or connected to a workshop server by RS-485 interface as an intelligent collecting module in a data collecting system.
