Localized Development of Dense-end Position Automatic Tracking and Weight Control System in High Speed Cigarette Making Machine

The control systems of cigarette making and filter assembling machine combination were improved, including automatic tracking control of dense-end position, control of average weight, and data collection and management.The control and display of rod density profile, automatic tracking of dense-end position and control of rod average weight were realized with industrial control computer, PLC and incremental axis encoder.And the interfaces were reserved for digital two-way communication network connection.The deviation of dense-end position was less than 1.28mm.
