Improvement on ZJ17 Cigarette Making and Filter Assembling Machine Combination

ZJ17 cigarette making and filter assembling machine combination was improved, including:1) in VE, the surface pattern of suction band wheel was modified to increase friction;2) in SE, the rod-former, suction cowl, glue nozzle, bobbin frame braking arm and knife feed mechanism of cut-off were improved;3) in MAX, tipping paper cutting drum was changed from pressing-cutting into shearing-cutting and a glue-retaining device was added in glue pot;4) PLC control system and field bus technology were adopted in the electronic control system.The capacity of the improved machine combination increased to 8 000 cigarettes per minute.
