Improvement of YG1908 Vacuum Pre-conditioner

The effectiveness of conditioning of YG1908 vacuum pre-conditioner was remarkably improved by modifying its humidification atomizing system, and redesigning its PLC control system to meet the technological requirements of different types of tobacco.99.5% of tobacco, by weight, in a conditioned bale was moistened, in comparison to 97% before the modification was made, and the variation of moisture content of pre-conditioned tobacco was decreased from 3.26% to 1.43%.
