Electronic Counter-type Filter Detector in GD Packing Machine

The principle of the operation of filter detector in GD packing machine and the shortcomings of the existing mechanical detector were analyzed.The developed electronic counter-type filter detector used 3 reflection-type photoelectric detecting probes arranged in a row for counting 3 lines of cigarettes separately;and the counting results were processed to produce a signal when filter or cigarette is missing.Meanwhile, the installation and adjustment of electronic counter-type detector were discussed also.
