Establishment of Computer-Aided Management System in Cigarette Enterprises

In order to improve product quality, a computer-aided management system (HY-CAQ)was developed, which consisted of 5 modules, such as quality inspection, quality analysis and control, quality system management, measure management, and quality data management. Quality data management for the whole manufacturing process was realized by collecting, transmitting, logging, compiling, processing, and retrieving the quality inspection data during processing. The obtained data were further processed and provided for decision-making.
