Improvement of Cut Tobacco Storing and Pneumatic Conveying Systems in Primary Processing Line
-
Abstract
Unbalanced cut tobacco supply and demand between processing and manufacturing not only interrupted the operation of primary processing line or cigarette making machines, but also made cut tobacco quality unsteady. The problem was solved by re-combining cut tobacco silos and pneumatic conveying systems and optimizing the mode of cut tobacco conveying. The flexibility of feeding was significantly increased and the stability of storing period of cut tobacco in silo was improved. As a result, the quality of cut tobacco and cigarette was improved, and the consumption of tobacco and materials were reduced.
