Recent Advances in Biological Control of Tobacco Pests

The introduction, artificial fecundation, protection and utilization of natural enemy for tobacco pests were reviewed. The application of insect pathogenic microorganism and biological pesticide, insect pheromone and sterilization technique, plant resistance to insects and gene engineering technique were introduced. The development of biological control for tobacco pests in China was also discussed.
