Study on the Lamina Processing Technology in Cigarette Factory

As the development of tobacco leaf threshing and redring technology in China, cigarette factories have had the basic conditions for using lamina in primary processing line. A large of lamina have been used in factories. But some of the primary processing line should be reconstructed to adapt to the transition from handed-leaf to lam ina. In this paper, the packing form, quality index and processing technology of lamina were discussed. The lam ina direct conditioning and the vacuum pre-conditioning technology were also compared. The advanced and available lamina processing technology was recommended.
