Recent Advances of Tobacco Anti-virus Gene Technology

Anti-virus gene technology is an effective method to improve the virus-resistance properties of tobacco. It is involved with a series of problems such as the selection of target gene,the estabishment of efficient transformation system, the determination of activity,stability and the safety of transgenic tobacco.The study on virus pathogeny,virus-resistance mechanism and their interaction system is the base and key to solve these problems.
