Effect of Light Intensity on Photosynthesis in Flue-cured Tobacco

Effect of light intensity on photosynthesis in flue-cured tobacco was studied in tobacco cultivars CB-l, K326,Yanyan97. The results showed that with the light intensity increased, intercellular CO₂ concentration (Ci) was decreased, transpiration rate(Tr), stomatal conductance(Gs) and net photosynthetic rate (Pn) were increased. But the trend Of change among the varieties was similar.
