Abstract

The tobacco headspace com ponents were analysised with solid phase microextraction-gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (SPM E-GC-M S) in this paper. The sampling conditions of 100μm polydimethylsiloxane and analytical conditions of GC/MS were discussed and satisfactory results were obtained.
