Influence of Dual Inoculation of VA Mycorrihizal Fungus and Phosphorus Dissolving Bacteria and Rhizobia on the Growth of Tobacco Seedlings

  • Both the single and the dual inoculation could help the tobacco seedlings growing quickly and healthily, and could decrease seedling time by 10~12 days. The effect of dual inoculation was superior to single inoculation. The rhizobia had desirable effects on growing of the seedling at the early stage, and had very little influence on the later stage. The inoculation of phosphorus dissolving bacteria on lack of phosphorus soils showed no effect, but simultaneous inoculation of phosphorus dissolving bacteria and GM could get a good result in rich fphosphorus soils.
