Studies on Extraction Conditions of Aromatic Tobacco Extract

Improvement of extraction method and the extraction conditions of aromatic tobacco extract were studied. The results showed that condensate of aromatic tobacco extract made by new methods was brown color, and its aromatic tobacco aroma was dominating.The extraction ratio increased from 30%~40% to 50%~55% and the extraction time reduced from 10h to 6h compared to the old methods.Moreover, with replacement of ethyalcohol as water could reduce the production cost.
