Extracting pectin from tobacco dust by salting-out

The technology of extracting pectin from tobacco dust by the way of salting-out through the method of experiments of orthogonal matrix was studied.The tests showed the suitable conditions of extracting pectin (extraction temperature:90 to 100℃, extraction time:1.5h, extraction solution:100ml, pH 1.0).
