Determination of K in Tobacco Leaves by Flame Photometry with 0.5N HCl Extraction

Determination of potassium in tobacco leaves by flame photometry with 0.5N HCl extraction was studied.The results showed that both the precision and recovery rate accorded with the demands.Comparing with the dry-ashing and wet-ashing extraction method, the method could saving determining time, electricity and valuable instruments.
