Application of Statistical Method in Calibration of Infrared Moisture Meter

  • Samples moisture and reading would be away from strictly linear relationship in calibrating infrared moisture meter. An ideal calibration was made using least square method and comprehensively analyzing observing point's deviation with the sum of square deviation, and the new zero point and slope of the infrared moisture meter were obtained, which could minimize the measuring error of the infrared moisture meter.
