Quality Monitoring of Stored Reblended Tobacco Flavorings with Cluster Analysis
-
Abstract
By adjusting the weighting coefficients of each portion' s peak area of chromatograph data, the cluster analysis chart was established basing on the results of sensory evaluation of a reblended tobacco flavoring to monitor its quality variation during storage with the chromatographic data. The established regressive matrix model could be used to evaluate the quality status of the reblended tobacco flavorings stored for different periods.
